• 1 Hour in the VIP Suite for 6 people

Business Network Tier

Expanded presence with added in-person networking touchpoints.

• Logo rotation on 5 of 10 screens
• Title sponsorship of one 9-hole competition via Golf Genius app
• Logo on sleeve of staff polos
• 2 dedicated Facebook  & Instagram story posts
• Two complimentary entries to a Birmingham Golf & Business Network event (choice of golf or coaching format)
• 1 Hour in the VIP Suite for 6 people
• 10% off Event booking for more than 12 people

£1500 one-off plus vat

Corporate Brand Tier

Exclusive bay branding and integrated multi-channel promotion.

• Exclusive branding on one full bay (1 of 10)
• Logo on all 10 screens rotation
• Push-screen graphic (static) between bookings
• Title sponsorship of up to 4 SKRATCH Golf Indoor events
• In-app push notification before each sponsored tournament
• Dedicated Social media Challenge sponsorship with minimum of 4 Instagram posts + 2 YouTube mentions + Facebook cover highlight
• 6 Hours in the VIP Suite for 6 people
• Opportunity to be title sponsor & present your business at a Birmingham Golf & Business Network event including Two complimentary entries to a choice of golf or coaching on the day.

£3,000 one-off + VAT

Executive Partner Tier

Complete brand integration across the SKRATCH GOLF ecosystem.

• “Powered by” branding across the entire venue (all bays & screens)
• Premium branded signage in 1 dedicated bay (excluding vip)
• Title sponsorship of 10 SKRATCH Golf events for 12 months
• Custom in-app hole animations featuring your logo
• Branding on staff polos
• 2 x Dedicated Social media Challenge sponsorships with minimum of 10 Instagram posts + 5 YouTube mentions + Facebook cover highlight
• 2 Hours per month in the VIP Suite for 6 people
• 1 Golf Lesson per month
• Private corporate evening for up to 40 guests (Tuesday or Wednesday night exluding F&B)
• Option to host an invitation-only VIP client networking day in partnership with SKRATCH GOLF

£5,000 one-off + VAT

Sponsorship Terms & Conditions

Contract Term

• All partnerships run for a fixed 12-month term from the agreed activation date.
• Renewal options discussed 60 days before the end date.

Payment & Invoicing

• Fees are exclusive of VAT.
• Payment due within 14 days of invoice (annual in full or approved quarterly plan).
• Late/non-payment may pause sponsor benefits until cleared.

Rights & Deliverables

• Benefits are as listed in your chosen tier or bespoke package.
• SKRATCH GOLF may adjust placements or event formats where operationally necessary, maintaining equivalent value/exposure.
• Rights are non-transferable without written consent.

Artwork & Approvals

• Sponsor supplies high-res logos, brand guidelines, and creative by agreed deadlines.
• All placements (venue, apparel, digital) are subject to SKRATCH GOLF approval for brand fit and operational practicality.
• Late asset supply may delay activation without extending the term.

Event Inclusions

• Dates, formats, and branding deliverables confirmed ≥30 days in advance.
• If an event is postponed/cancelled beyond our control, benefits roll to a comparable event within term.

Social & Digital Activity

• Posts and inclusions scheduled within our content calendar.
• Messaging/creative may be adapted for tone, engagement, and brand alignment.

Use of SKRATCH Branding

• Sponsor use of SKRATCH GOLF name/logo requires prior written approval.
• All co-branded materials must be approved before distribution.

Early Termination & Conduct

• SKRATCH GOLF may terminate immediately if a sponsor’s actions could bring the brand into disrepute.
• Sponsor-initiated termination is not permitted within the 12-month term unless mutually agreed.

Liability & Availability

• SKRATCH GOLF is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
• In-venue branding is professionally installed/maintained; temporary unavailability (maintenance/technical) may occur.

Governing Law

• Governed by English law with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
